His parent were shit he didn't really have anyone but this random boy who would give him attention from them to time. But eventually they will probably lose touch since he said he forgot about him at one point he's going to see him again during that pro gaming match become attached again then get good at the game to play with him and try and establish a connection. But he takes his game trash talk as him making fun of him which of course pisses him off and makes him dislike him and stop playing SO when he finds out once again that he's him playing in this new game he was scared to tell him he is the same person cause he ignored him all those times he tried to reach out before so he decided to keep it a secret and established a relationship with him as himself once they reconnected at the wedding.
So I get it but the moment he knew he realized they were the same person he should have just told him then he already knew and was attached by that point and would have been way less mad but you going out your way to make sure he thought you were different people is where it got weird he already was talking to both ╮(￣▽￣)╭
