I for one still shudder on real people dying but I enjoy action/gore stories too. Clearly bec we know fictional people are diff from real humans so it's ok if even innocent charas die. i find it so annoying when people see rape in manhwas like this and go on rants about how people are sick for reading this and calling it rape slop, etc.. like yall have some crazy moral superiority for real. what do you expect when reading a psychological story involving the government, military, abductions, murder, and sick individuals? the story never tried to make ilay look good, he had a good childhood, the story made it painfully obvious that he’s a shitty person by nature. and with xinlu, taeui is unreliable as fuck, and the story slowly reveals to you that xinlu isn’t a good person.
