I can't remember if this was in a movie, a serie, a book or even a manhwa, but the character in it, when she was a child had a nanny that was teaching her how facial expressions denote emotions, so the nanny taught her how to smile to indicate happiness, then she showed her a picture of a face that was literally purple with fright. The little girl didn't understand why the face would be purple, so the nanny explained that when people are scared they can't breathe properly or sth like that, later on the little girl gets a rope and tries to strangle the nanny from behind to check if her face will actually turn purple with fright.
