I know that the town's people want to live freely and with dignity, however, this is the end of the world we're talking about here. This is an apocalypse! And humans are biologically programmed to survive, no matter what conditions they have to face or circumstances they have to live under. Guwon and the hounds are the only people who can keep internal balance and temporary peace among te town's people because they're the way they are. Plus, Guwon never really punished any of the town's people for staying in the lane; rather the ones who were punished were people who disrupted the town's internal peace. So, I hope Guwon nor the hounds face any harm, because they're the ones keeping the town's people alive and safe at all. And some might say that it won't hurt if everyone had an opinion in town, well, some people are not well educated nor informed to have decent opinions to keep hundreds if not thousands of people alive. I believe that discipline is the way to keep the rest of the humans alive to try and start new civilizations.
