She doesn't want to CAUSE Grayson his pain, but she absolutely wants to be there to witness it and share it with all the people whose hearts he's stomped on. She knows his personality will absolutely fuck him over when he really truly is in love and she wants to savor him getting a taste of his own medicine.
She isn't directly involved in that mess. There are other characters who are dragged in, mainly Josh, but that is his own fault.
