To be fair they werent an actual love rival that doctor is actually interested in the store owner.
I do think hes an ass for how he went around trying play "cupid." Could've helped in alot of other way but he chose to be an ass.
This was a really cute story,I personally like it... expect for the doctor part, the author could easily take a student as love rival but she choose an old unc it's giving predatory
