I read from another comment that he asked ml to stop the life support and stop the suffering, the tutor died, the ml was not like but not dislike the tutor so he just following what the tutor wants, the ml didn't find it wrong since the tutor want it himself, cmiiw

The tutor has some sort of incurable disease he knows he was gonna die in a few days so he asked dojeon to kill him so he doesn’t have to die slowly. Then dojeon feels guilty abt it for years until he one day bumps into our mc and goes back in time, he asked the teach if he’d make the choice again he says yes then dojeon kills him again without feeling guilty and then he meets mc in high school because they go back to the past but in different times
