Didn’t read the novel but most probably it never happened in novel too since we didn’t see it in manhwa version. That said in my opinion, they did come pretty close. Edwin tried several times to coax a few poop logs out of Leila. Maybe he was joking maybe he wasn’t…who knows? Given his history I wouldn’t trust him.
