It reminds me of a Call of Cthulhu campaign. The FL would have been that character who never sees anything weird so they aren’t affected by anything. The ignorance is bliss strat. Sometimes the bad things really can’t hurt you if you don’t believe in their existence ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I love that she was consistent with her goals to the end and got that happy ending!
