It more like he feels more attraction to Joshua then cant fall in love with others and plus ML still thinks he slept with a dog when he was with Joshua that time and he thinks Joshua had a female alpha and he over thinks over those because he doesn't wanna be left so I don't think he can
IIRC, Chase never really gave a fuck about pheromones or how they work, so he doesn't know that marked Omegas can't be affected by the pheromones of other people except for the one who marked them.
okay so even if joshua doesnot say it outright, if joshua is marked he cannot make love with anyone else except the person who marked him, right? Can't Chase put two and two together or smth and figure it out? or is that not the case in this novel or what?
