I'd like to think the three stories are all real but like multi parallel. The first one is real main story, the second one is real too but with the first story as the scenario. The last one is the happy family version with both mom and dad loving each other and both of them love their child.
Was a little confuse because of the side stories but the story itself was pretty good.
