There was this black hair dude he mk who got a crazy weird bottom falling for him the bottom trys to propose the ml but gets beaten up but never stops purposing but one day the mc idk friend I suppose who is a doc? Idk maybe teacher I don't remember much is there and mc is smiling to that person and ml saw them together from his class window and bla blah blah and mc was like "I give up on u I am " stuff lik that which happened to be ml dream?
