I'm just going to pretend they actually spent at least several weeks developing their relationship before shit started happening and that would be fine. But why, WHY did he go see that bastard? He wanna know the truth, but as was said: it's not his story to tell! At the very least he should have turned around and waited until after the press conference his dad specifically asked him to watch, where he's supposed to reveal some pretty important stuff!
