Are you referring to the fan translation? Sometimes, when you're not fluent to korean-english, pronouns can be very tricky, especially if they're only using auto-translation or AI..

In most Asian languages she/he are usually just ‘they’ so the fan translators might be confused on which one to use lol
I’m confused why does it say Lady Rubelia when she is supposed to be a boy in their eyes. Are the translators changing it on purpose?
