ikr and he said that they've been childhood friends...leaving a guy you've known for years for someone you've known for months? He was really nice and i liked the story but that just doesn't sound right

The ending was rushed. The MC didn't even say goodbye to his best friend in real life like in the novel... it was so sad to see his best friend in real life, poor guy :(
