I think the author really wanted us to see haebom being raped by that guy but then seeing the outrage and hate of the people even before any rape (as people already speculated that there will be rape) she changed the plot yeah or else this feels so put of the plot suddenly like who the hell tortures a gay guy by having sex with a woman and it's so out of the place the way the story was going people and I was so sure that author is really going to fucked up the plot by adding rape but yeah she changed it but the change is nothing really good at all
