The first child won't appear until the end of an upcoming arc. were currently on chapter 191 in the novel and the arc doesn't begin until chapter 221 so we still have some a pretty long while until then.

So this specific scene is one that was truly something so the mc ends up coming across someone who looks like Blondie named sigma. So something happens and the mc gets knocked out and wakes up tied to a bed with straps around his arms, legs and neck. Which is when he comes across sigma again and takes the mc to an operating table while still having the strap around his neck with a leash. Some stuff happens and they start trying to do an imprint on the mc's back which ends up hurting the mc a lot when they were trying to give him pain relievers because he can't turn off his poison resistance due to some issues. So he's basically getting something stabbed into his back to make an imprint.
Another scene is when the mc's brother and sigma are fighting over the mc.

I did some research with the information you gave me and chatgbt. it looks like that scene is in chapter 244. I'm only at 181 so I have sometime to go. but that arc does sound interesting specially Sigma and becaming a real person all because of yoonjin accepting him as a real person and then coming out into the real world. looking forward to this. thank you.

When I tell you that he keeps a doll of the mc even made the doll come to life (I don't know how). So now there is a character that looks like the mc with long hair called the puppeteer. I haven't gotten to that part but that is a scene I've heard about. Trust me when I say that the arc is good cuz I enjoyed reading it. ^^
