So it did? Why are you acting like Nanjo somehow hurt him?

He literally said he forgave him and doesn't want to see him anymore. Mok is the one who's constantly bringing it up and refusing to let it go.

Nanjo didn't throw him out of the company building, did he?

and when did i say nanjo hurted him? mokyeon definitely brought this to himself. im talking about the op acting like nanjo couldn't have just put a an end to the agreement before things got really bad, or perhaps, not have started it in the first place

why u acting like nanjo got free will? so what if the author is braindead pos who couldn’t find another way in the end of the day he was raped and blackmailed by the pos seme and even if nanjo were written in a way where those rape events wouldn’t occur it still wouldnt change how mokshit saw the uke as just a disposable toy he’d dump once he got bored

You always fall back on "he's rich" as if that automatically answers everything. Since when does being rich mean someone can't have genuine feelings or be kind? If that's your logic, then there are literally thousands of BL stories with rich-as-fuck CEOs who are cold, possessive, and emotionally unavailable, and everyone accepts that because their actions show it.

But when it comes to Nanjo, suddenly none of his actions matter? His patience, kindness, and the way he treats Mok all get dismissed because he's wealthy? That's a weird double standard.

Money and influence don't magically solve every situation or make every decision obvious. Being a rich CEO doesn't erase the fact that he's still a person with genuine emotions. Reducing his entire character to "he's rich, so he could've done something else" is a pretty shallow reading of the story.

me: i think nanjo had the power to protect sunhwa in a different way.

you: so you think that, because hes rich, he doesnt have genuine feelings???

what even is the correlation here?!?!?!

of course i think nanjo is kind, that's one of the reasons mok fell for him. i also think he has all the right to be mad at mokyeon for his behaviour on s1, especially at the last chapter. but if he had just stopped accusing mok of things and realized that sunhwa was not some victim that needed saving, none of this would've happened. mokyeon is not the only one to blame for this situation.

You're saying that based on information we have as readers, but the story has been told almost entirely from Mok's POV so far. We still haven't gotten Nanjo's perspective.

You're arguing that if Nanjo had just stopped accusing Mok and realised Sunhwa wasn't actually a victim who needed saving, none of this would've happened. But would that argument still hold if, from Nanjo's perspective, he genuinely believed Sunhwa was a victim? That's the impression he had throughout the story.

We don't know what Nanjo was thinking because we haven't seen his POV. Until we do, saying "if he had just realised the truth, none of this would've happened" is a weak argument because it assumes he had knowledge the story hasn't shown him to have.

And before you say, "He's rich, so he would've known," that doesn't really prove anything it actually proves my point. Being rich or a CEO doesn't automatically mean he has information the readers don't or that he can instantly see through every situation. Unless the story shows that Nanjo knew the truth and still chose to ignore it, you're relying on assumptions rather than what's actually been established.

You're also judging Nanjo with information that only the audience has after following Mok's internal monologue for dozens of chapters. Nanjo doesn't have access to Mok's thoughts the way we do. Readers naturally know more than the characters because we've been inside Mok's head. That's dramatic irony, not proof that Nanjo was being deliberately ignorant

So unless the story later reveals that Nanjo knew Sunhwa wasn't a victim, knew Mok wasn't what he assumed, and still chose to ignore it, then saying he's equally responsible because "he should've realised" is speculative. You can't treat an unconfirmed interpretation as if it's canon.

I'm not saying Nanjo is blameless. He absolutely judged Mok too quickly and refused to hear his side. That's a flaw. But there's a difference between making a wrong judgment based on the information you have and knowingly ignoring the truth. Right now, the manga has only confirmed the first not the second. That's why your conclusion goes beyond what the story has actually established.
