It's BL manhwa (korean comic). The MC was a side/villain character, but he realize the world is actually a novel(? Basically a story). The OG MC of this novel is being bullied for being gay, people call him whore etc. MC gradually get close to OG MC cause he didn't judge him for being gay. They're both in college
I remember this one scene where MC and the OG is in the same group, and the OG seme borrowed MC's laptop and deleted his file then accuse MC of not doing his part in the group work. But MC already anticipated this and made a backup beforehand, so MC's reputation wasn't ruined because of that.
