I re-read season 1 after recent chap and in one chap he was telling Twink that the reason he hook up with anyone is to not feel lonely..and in his past he was craving love so much that when he see Nanjo hugging, caressing and taking care of Twink, he wanted Nanjo to do same things with him and then he become obsessed with Nanjo...
Ikr. I also read the whole thing after s2 release and I read it from a whole new perspective. Mokyeon was always looking at nanjo with that sad expression on his face whenever he showed love to sunhwa or even when nanjo would bring up sunhwa in amy convo.

I know he should just forget about nanjo focus on himself and love himself more but it's easier said than done he's craving the love he never really got in his childhood, constantly begging for love and now that he's fallen in love he wants to cling onto that and so desperate for that love. I wish someone anyone was there to guide him and was with him cuz when you are alone your own thoughts will start eating you up inside and you'll end up making the wrong decision.
