Help me find this manga :(

Hi, guys. Can you help me to find this one manga. The bottom is kinda delinquent and have a quite long hair. He used to hang out ir nap in the place where before the rooftop ig. (not totally rooftop bcs if i remember the bottom is scared of the thunder?) Then one time he about to to hangout on his place when the Top found his place to eat his lunch? I don't quite remember the story but the bottom have many few friends (bottom also play basketball too) and very popular in the schools. Does it ring any bells to you? your suggestions will do. :(

PS: i think he does have scar but i don't remember where exactly.
