Ok he didnt out right confess, but it was like 2 or 3 chapters before season 2 starts where all 3 of them are in the hotel. Sunhwa tells Seme that Nanjo cant get hard without him being here and so Seme goes in to confront Nanjo about it and is all "is it because of? Because id like it to be because of me" and Nanjo doesnt deny ut and they kiss. Like he obviously has feelings.
