A few chapters back it shows the aftermath of Mokyeon bending Nanjo on top of the twink. The twinkle leaves and Nanjo beats the dogshit out of Mokyeon. The times we see Mokyeon with the bruises are flashbacks vs when he doesnt have them is the present.
