I feel like the big conflict was just a wall made of glass between the two and I can't really see what was the actual obstacle to their happiness. I only understood the story from Gyul's side: catched feelings and was thinking ab moving forward with Jeongro but got suddenly ghosted and abandoned but couldn't let go of Jeongro's ghost.
