this story will always be such a guilty pleasure for me, especially season 3. the story has its fallbacks as most do, but i also appreciate things it’s done well. i wish the chasing arc was more satisfying and longer, however it was tasteful and im glad yeonoh stood his ground, despite his feelings. what gets me here compared to other stories is the melancholy that surrounds yeonoh—he still likes jaehyuk and he knows it, but he’s also hurt and trying to protect himself. as much as i love an uke that is very unapologetic and walks the seme like a dog, i also appreciate it done this way, my heart hurts so much for yeonoh that by the end as long as he’s happy, the story is done well. sometimes you take time and space and even then you can’t help but give into your feelings, which isn’t wrong, especially in this case where they had significant time apart. ah! i just love reading this story and rereading it over and over. there’s plot (hard to find recently…) and the art is wonderful and of course i wish some things were fleshed out more and perhaps less smut where there could be development, but overall i really enjoy it and i hope that even though a lot of criticisms are valid, people can also remember the good. :)
