My thought was that she could've just communicated that she doesn't want her to change but ig when i thought about it more, it would be selfish to say that you don't want the person you love to change for the better, or improve, or mature. But even then, i feel like just straight up asking to break up without telling her why would be unfair cus it's not like she did anything wrong.
