He’s going to take advantage of his 26 per cent stake, even though he holds shares elsewhere, at Fantasia fx, not to mention the fact that his grandfather apparently secretly bequeathed him a few shares when he sold the electronics group during the crisis. Knowing his character, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’d bought shares on the sly. And now he wants to deprive him of his right to make a decision without him. Whith that, if he can’t be bothered to take care of them on his own, he’ll just have to wait for them to tear each other apart so he can scoop up the spoils at the end. When he'll starts acting on his own initiative, I think it’ll like be very very fun. A bit like a game of dominoes: he’s clearly the real villain.
