read the novel yearsssss ago but never really reached this part of the novel :00 they did skip a lot too. after the leukemia arc, it was about his powers and his reincarnation. so reading the last chapters felt refreshing cause they're new plots! I don't know anything about the storys current medical situation/setting but bringing a lot of modern tools to their era, I wonderrrrr.. and that part in c67 where they discuss medical advancement as a nation-wide cooperation that involves trainings, professors, politics
