Idk how I feel abt this, from the vibes it feels like the manager purposely put him with that guy knowing he would be discriminatory and is trying to see if kouhei can handle it and still manage to work through it You could call it practice for when he is exposed to it the future and this is something that workplace do (assign newcomers to difficult people) but when you factor disability into the equation it feels off
