They could've at least put it in a way that he slowly regained his memories. We don't need like any dramatic trigger for him to regain them. Just not like this where he gets them all in one go like bippity boppity boo, you can now remember your boo. I mean, all that build up and for nothing. It just returned. There was even that scene where gyuha and the female alpha joking about making him jealous or what not to somehow jog his memories and feelings and it just went kapoot.
