This work is not a reinterpretation of Eros and Psyche. It is a grotesque exploitation of sexual abuse disguised as mythology. The author took one of the most beautiful classical myths about love and soul, completely ruined and made it into some harem slop and reduced it to non-consensual fetishes. Making Eros as a predator who assaults Psyche while he sleeps is deeply disturbing and looking at the character setup in chapter 0 it’s clear the stepfather’s involvement will lead to even worse non-consensual trauma in future chapters. Using Western mythology purely as a cheap backdrop to romanticize abuse and forced intimacy is thoroughly disappointing and disgusting. Don’t support this if you can.
