I feel like it’s more reflective of the upcoming lack of communication re feelings that is bound to happen between our main characters. Taeyong doesn’t seem to realize that he has feelings for his sunbae, thinking it’s more that he just enjoys having him as great play thing. Of course we the readers see that his jealousy and actions seem to go beyond that.

Conversely jin-woo knows that he has feelings but wants to protect himself by not letting Taeyoung know at all.

I feel like it is, but also isn't, just cuz of the emphasis on it, but also Nerd Project didnt really follow the storyline of their play either so its kinda up in the air
