So I just remembered this was on my Reading list which is now gone and haven't been recovered at all and I've been itching to reread it.
MC (cafe worker) saw ML (doctor or pharmacist) as someone handsome and also kinda mysterious or sumn. He followed him to some dark alley and found the ML Abt to kill/drug someone. He was then attacked and was brought underground by the ML and he witnessed how ML mutilated the guy he saw awhile ago. MC ended up indirectly killing the ML but after that incident he can't remember anything so he felt guilty and sought help from multiple therapists, he still sees the ML's ghost. The lighting is kinda similar to Under the Greenlight (literally) but the art style is more like an old manhwa. The ML listens to the song called "Anything Goes" while doing the mutilation.
