That's basically what Jongwu's been doing, drinking from blood packets. What Cheongdok is trying to do is give him the experience of actually biting and feeding off of someone instead of just extracting blood into another container.
Of course I wanna see it happen lol, but if the problem is arousal from feeding, why not just draw blood instead of biting directly?
