Do Heon really does love him, he just doesn't know how to show it because both of his parents were human waste and he never experienced what being loved was like and legit feels like if you love someone you throw money at them and your job is done and that everything and everyone has a price. His back story is actually so sad but he just legitimately doesn't understand what he's doing wrong in most cases. And MC spent their whole relationship changing himself to fit what he thought his husband liked, so Doheon didn't actually know he didn't like his old clothes, hair, etc so he doesn't see a problem telling him to switch it back.
Not saying he isn't being blunt, rude, controlling, etc..... just saying he isn't doing it with malicious intent, he's just literally that emotionally constipated that he doesn't get why it would hurt him.
It's a waste of time. The protagonist suffers and is not allowed to take revenge, also his husband is a mutt so irritating and nonchalant to the point of enrage. I wanted him to live for himself in better conditions and away from this messed up family and social circle, but even society is against him.
He deserves a better love of someone who supports him, but do not belittle him all the time. It's a shame, honestly.
