Vol. 6 Ch. 4

God I really hate when people have the attitude of "let them experience the hardship and get through it themselves to grow" in real life. If you know I'm about to make an unnecessary mistake and you can explain to me why it won't work, just tell me. I can learn just fine without wasting that extra time from going through all the hassle. There will still be enough mistakes in the future to happen that I didn't see coming and that I'll be stuck fixing, so god damn don't give me that 'you have to stumble on your own first' crap. Like do you enjoy watching people struggle or sth?
Sorry for the rant but this is probably what bothers me the most in most office manga.

Yes but this does not work on everyone. Some people dont listen, or dont want to learn from others. So whats the point in explaining if they font listen or dont want to understand.

There was one time I discussed about it to my father and another time with a director from my old workplace.

Apparently, it is needed to make us get a bit mature, since we can't expect getting any help in every situation, so we have to learn by having experience.

Like you said, making unnecessary mistake is wasting time, but apparently when we work for only 1-2 years, making that kind of mistakes is expected to help

*to help your minset to be a mature. Of course, our supervisors are expected to help us as well.

But the saddest thing, not all supervisors or seniors are that kind. I had my own experience when I joined a new company not long after Covid started and it was hell................... so had no choice but to accept reality, but it sure made me become more independent though.
