I agree I’m not sure what the writer was intending by this character but he comes across as just as much of a problem as the other guy, if he WASN’T disabled he would have intervene, but because he had a disability, he wanted to have him ‘learn for himself’ that’s textbook internalized ableism too lmao.
I do not like that manager at all. The way he butts into peoples business is annoying! How the hell was the blonde supposed to know the guy he was working with would have such a backstory??? The old guy also should’ve been fired for harassment.
