It's because they sell their illegal translations for money on their own sites. Mangago gets the chapters later than the translator's site. It's a marketing ploy to get more money.
Seeing names next to a chapter, means the uploader update the chapter themselves. Chapters without names, are bots.
Yes. They upload the chapters themselves. However, the first image promotes their website. The website has additional chapters they haven’t posted here. To access those chapters you have to buy coins aka the chapters from them. They’ll eventually post those chapters here but you have to wait.
