I didn’t read this, but the comments/synopsis reminds me of a story wheee the MC was an omega as a child, he gets a mate mark and they culprit disappears. So his entire childhood growing up he has that mark, his family (mom and bro) treat him kinda ass and like an inconvenience. On the side there’s an alpha who keeps being really nice to him and listening, well things take a turn and he ends up staying with the alpha and then SA’d - turns out that alpha was the guy who marked him when he was younger. It gets super messy really quickly and I just wish I could remember the name becuz it seemed like it was gonna get messier but it was ongoing.
