its reading a bit like aki being very used to the way he saw the world as normal, like his sister having a gf, having important people in his life he can depend on and see as heros, the new shiny world of music. But each thing is in some way being taken away from him. His closest friend doesnt back him up, hes able to spot cracks in this strong cool girl mask he thought mitsuki had, and its becoming overwhelming as a child to deal with these kinds of things being taken away from him, or these illusions being shattered. But i think it all ties together that aki's realising his love for things and love in general is not strong enough in some peoples cases when it comes to their strength to perservere
