I don't remember details, but she's left to the magic tower to learn, that's a timeskip. Riftan was against her leaving since all he ever wanted was her, and since she chose to leave he's sulking a lot. She's treating those few years like nothing (while negotiating to leave) and he's not. She left, they barely communicate, if they ever did and haven't met each other during this 4 (if I'm not wrong) years. In the end of her education she's leaving on some sort of mission(?) where she's facing Riftan and others. She's happy to meet him, tho it's kinda awkward. While him.. He literally gives her a cold shoulder. He's barely or not talking to her at all. Basically all second part of this story is him sulking, then them snoo-snooing then he's back to sulking. I'm not even lying.
Near the end they finally able to communicate like two adults. Happy end(?)
