Does this contain romance? Ecchi? Harem?

wanna know the same thing before reading this

It seems to be hinting at harem. Like, a vampire is really into him, and there's also other girls who don't interact with the main group that could be considered candidates, but the one who claims to actually like him is the vampire.

Is there an abundance of Ecchi? I think not, like, there's fanservice, but it's not all over your face all the time.

I recommend to give it a try, if you don't like how it's going after chapter 13 (that's my personal rule of thumb, but in general, 3 chapters is a good teller), or after he goes towards the other classes, which gives you an idea on how their skills operates, I would say to stop reading and look for greener pastures.

Anyways, I do like it, and hope you guys give it a try, it's fun.
