Novel Spoilers

I haven't finished the side stories yet, only the main story.

First of all, in the novel Ilodel is 100% related to the brothers by blood.

It's actually ridiculous how many times Ilodel thought they could "still go back to being brothers" even when they've fucked him like a hundred times like wtf.

I don't remember much of what happened early in the novel. It was dp then the brothers turning turns on Ilodel then flashback to their childhood then more of them forcing themselves onto Ilodel.

Ilodel started getting closer to Morix, a subordinate of Logan, who seemed to have a soft spot for him. Morix at one point blurted out maybe Ilodel should take a vacation (or run away idk) but Ilodel refused knowing he can't get away but ofc Logan overheard their conversation so to punish them (or jealousy) he fucked Ilodel in the car with Morix in the driver's seat then brought him to a hotel to fuck him some more. Tibern happened to go to the same hotel bc he was trying to find the omega teacher he fucked in the past and kill him so he saw Ilodel after Logan left and flew into rage when he saw Logan's cum dripping out of Ilodel...and he decided to fuck Ilodel some more out of jealousy.

Then talks about marriage came up and Ilodel thought that was the way out so he begged to be married to their cousin, the princess. The princess adored Ilodel but don't like him romantically. Logan took advantage of the princess's desire to ascend the throne in exchange for her dissolving the marriage and turning a blind eye to his lover (she doesn't know it's Ilodel yet)

Ilodel, dejected, came up with another idea. He teamed up with the omega teacher and decided to have him go into heat while he locked the brothers in there so they would fuck him and get him pregnant and leave Ilodel alone.

Now, for the teacher, he was an actual slut. He wants to become wealthy by baby trapping the brothers. In the past he went to Tibern and said he knocked him up but Tibern beat the shit out of him, made him abort, and also found out he had the baby for like four months when Tibern and him only had sex like a month ago. Needless to say, the teacher was foaming at the mouth at the opportunity. He was also Ilodel's first love rip and Ilodel was so traumatized seeing Tibern fuck the teacher that he got impotent.

Anyways, the teacher went into heat and Ilodel locked the brothers in the room with him except... Tibern threw up when he saw the teacher and Logan started strangling him then stopped, sliced off his ear, and threw him to the barbarians as food. The brothers were so enraged at Ilodel pulling that stunt so they declared that Ilodel was getting married to them both and kissed him in front of all thr nobles. Later on they threw him on the table and fucked him for days. Everytime Ilodel passed out and came to he was getting fucked.

Ilodel had enough so he decided to end it all. He got a herb a while ago that helped with abortion when it was brewed but if ingested raw it became poisonous so he ate it in front of Tibern. Then he started coughing up blood and passed out as Tibern and Logan lose their mind. Ilodel's mother who was always cold bursted into the room, cradled Ilodel and cried because he was her most cherished son even though she don't show it. She found out what the brothers had been doing to Ilodel and separated them. Thankfully, Ilodel survived bc the poison went to the womb they put in him so his organs weren't damage. They did surgery to extract it and afterwards, his mother protected Ilodel while he recovered. Tibern was begging to just see Ilodel's face but the mother was having none of it and shut both of the brothers out.

Later on, she suggested they move to the north together and forget everything. Ilodel agreed. Before they departed, Logan secretly visited Ilodel, spewed some bs abt having to kill their mother if Ilodel left, then went jk seeing you almost die made me realize you're better off somewhere else than dead then left. Oh and he also said I love you to Ilodel. Anyways, Ilodel is relieved but at the same time despite finally being free from the brothers he felt empty wtf??? Still, he went through with going to the north but on the ride there pirates/barbarians stormed the place, kidnapped Ilodel, and threw him on some island. Ilodel got upset his brothers weren't coming to find him anymore and wondered if he will just die out here but the brothers came to rescue him so he went back home with them and decided to stay with them. Well he didn't say he wanted to stay with them but he said he wanted to cultivate lemon trees and the south was more suitable for it since the north was so cold bffr

It ended with Tibern kinda apologizing to Ilodel and both brothers saying they loved him and some bs abt the throne etcetc. I guess endgame is both but leaning Logan since Ilodel seems more drawn to him. Oh and the womb they took out from Ilodel? There's a baby in there congrats.

Honestly everyone was so shitty in this story, Ilodel included. Everybody knew what was going on but nobody helped. Morix knew but he also knew better not to cross Logan. Ben, the doctor, knew but he finds it burdensome when Ilodel tried to ask him for help. The princess knew but she also promised Logan she will turn a blind eye to his lover and she needed his alliance to ascend the throne. The dad knew but he kept it a secret bc he didn't want his wife to find out and dump his ass. All the nobles who saw the brothers kiss Ilodel knew but they all didn't want to get in trouble. Honestly the only tolerable ones were the mother and the princess even if she didn't help Ilodel in the end.

Also everything was ochestrated by Logan. Near the end the princess recalls the story Logan told her abt how the animals in the garden are trained: From the time they are young, they are kept with chains around their legs. They cannot escape however much they struggle, so they give up. After that, they will not run even if you unfasten the chain. Sound familiar?
