totally didn't forget who the car driver is

I vaguely remember he got away with a crime in the past but imma need someone to remind me of the specifics

Early in the story ML gives MC a video of a guy in an orgy - that guy is a high level politician (I think) his son is the one driving the car. The son sa’d a woman (its indicated she wasn’t the only victim I believe) and got away with it cause Dad got the Police Commissioner and Prosecutor to clear the way for him. I believe the woman killed herself because of that and the harassment she received from SOB and his “friends” and MC felt guilty and has been chasing after SOB ever since.
