So there is a chance he did not sleep with other girls but the kiss with the sister did happen maybe. The thing he didn't know is FL caught feelings for him hence, she is avoiding physical touch as well as, avoiding him at that time due to confusion or out of shyness. I suppose author is making us misunderstood ML and to view him in negative light. Only later to reveal what's going on. I wonder how the author going to turn things around with the kiss between ML and the sister. Maybe they nearly kiss but didn't really happen? Only time will tell.
