I’m not saying that what blondie did was right at all, but after farce after farce it got to a point where he was becoming so desperate and numb to it. He also has his father’s warning hanging over his head - ugh my heart just hurt so badly for both of em. Don’t even get me started on the ML. He was right when he said the past is the past and I’m glad he held on for so long. I think my biggest complaint was that the MC didn’t ever “learn” anything honestly. He should’ve been able to let the ML go, becuz it’s legit the most common ass trope.

And yet he NEVER FUCKING PROPERLY DID. I did like that he repented and suffered, but he needed to repent more honestly. What frustration with this ending - I just kinda feel like he should’ve also gotten his ass whooped a lil bit more by the ML. Made him suffer more.
