If I were her, in that last chapter I would just play along as if I had fallen in love with the MC. I would have sex with him and kiss him with deep affection. When everything is finished and everyone is asleep, I would quietly go into the bathroom... thinking, 'What's going to happen to my life? What life? My life is already ruined,' and then hang myself.
