sooo i rlly dislike crumble but i kinds get why he hates the prof. crompton probably was super passionate about playing the piano, felt super honored to be taught by a maestro like the prof. and the prof probably crushed his self esteem and belittled him to a point where he cant even touch a piano without throwing up. he became a conductor so he would be in control of the music and the people playing it. this way he could prevent ever getting the power stripped away from him again. the prof took his passion and unlike Choi or Cruger, Crompton never was able to overcome the professor's cruelty. he still craves the prof‘s approval thats why he brags about Garam‘s breakthrough with playing Rachmaninov, that‘s why he asked him out for dinner. it makes sense that he tries to take everything from the prof, bc the prof took everything from him. still, i don‘t like how manipulative Crumble is. the prof is an asshole and he doesn’t even try to be anyone’s friend. Crossfit manipulates his „sheep“ and befriends them, forces them to bond at his place once a week. notice how everyone brings something (food, wine), Crossfit just hosts is at his place. he reminds me of those corporations that aay that everyone at the workplace is like a big family, but it‘s just to soften your boundaries.
I love this manhwa the characters are written so well and it really makes me think deeply about it. and I also enjoy reading everyone‘s comments. the funny ones, the nasty ones, the horny ones and the analytically engaging ones. thanks for making this a great experience!!!
