I might be completely off, but he did seem to be a business guy, his contradictory scheming around Bomran paints him as a goody-two-shoes at best and straight up devious at the worst, and I think during Dojins crisis I saw the uncle being present in the hospital for some reason, which made me think if he might have some high position there.
