I hate how the brother and father always advise him in negative way. Especially the father, such a hypocrite, always saying that Cloden will leave eventually or Ruan will stop loving cloden and it's like past time or rebellious era. He can't even answer Ruan's questions about the if the mother want to leave. That father don't even know his own son. Kudos to the butler who always indirectly become their cupid, he is the one who knows Ruan because he is the one who raised him, not the father. Also i will reluctantly gave some point to the father even i really really don't like him, this point is because even though he have the power to stop Ruan directly or move in the shadow to make Cloden vanish, he didn't do it. Even though he is belittling what Ruan feels.
